Please ask your human to send the information to everyone in her contact list, asking them to send it on to everyone in theirs, and on and on and on. Maybe if all of us work together by showing people that we can now affect their pocket books in a positive way we can do what has always been unthinkable; create a world where there is no need for shelters to exist. Put enough money behind it and you can make miracles happen, and I believe even the most cold-hearted out there would take care of their animals if they thought there was an IRS deduction attached to it. For once a politician is on to something worthwhile, and we need to get the word out far and wide so no one misses it!
